Our Environmental Justice Task Force (EJTF) is set to commemorate our recent legislative triumph in abolishing green energy subsidies for incinerator companies that were once part of Maryland’s Renewable Portfolio Standard. Join us on Saturday, July 26th, from 1PM to 4PM at Port Covington Marina in South Baltimore. EJTF leaders will share their personal stories about what motivated them to take a stand against the Win Waste incinerator and the significance of this victory for our frontline communities in South Baltimore moving forward. Elected officials, media representatives, and grassroots allies are also invited to this historic celebration. No cash for trash!
