The Red Shed Garden Rain Garden Planting Party

The Red Shed Village and Good Trouble Church partnered with BWB to complete the construction of a Rain Garden in an effort to mitigate the flooding and beautify the Barclay neighborhood. The Red Shed project treats an area of 9,900 square feet and the project can filter roughly 2,244 gallons of stormwater (this equates to a 1.5″ storm) before reaching our underground stormwater infrastructure and eventually the Jones Falls. The project needs volunteers to assist in planting ~300 native plant species!
