Join the Planetary Health Alliance and Jason Davis (Director, Climate Stories Project; Professor of Environmental Justice and Sustainability at Oregon State University) for the second session of the limited Planetary Health in the Arts series.
Musician and educator Jason Davis will introduce his work with climate storytelling and music, including an overview of his organization Climate Stories Project and a discussion about the intersection of art and climate change. Jason will demonstrate his artistic approach by playing videos and performances of several composed and improvised music pieces which feature voice samples of people from around the world speaking about their responses to the climate crisis. Jason’s goal is to inspire engagement and positive action with climate change using the power of storytelling and art.
