“Making More Radicals”: A Workshop with Robbie Orr

How were you radicalized? What were your turning points? How does a “normal” person lose their faith in the system? What first wakes them up to injustice? How do they move from being politically aware to becoming a political activist? And how can we encourage people on this journey? Robbie Orr, a 50-year veteran socialist, will use history and stories from his autobiographical novel to describe the arc of radicalization.

The workshop will be a collaborative effort to explore how we can train ourselves and others to make the most of this historic moment. And help build a movement to overcome genocidal and planet-destroying capitalism.
