Join Farm Alliance of Baltimore at Our Time Kitchen (OTK) for a dynamic, hands-on workshop all about preserving the bounty of the season! Whether you’re a farmer, gardener, or food entrepreneur, this session will equip you with the skills to extend the shelf life of your harvest and turn your produce into delicious, value-added goods.

Led by Chef Kiah Gibian of OTK and Wilde Thyme, this workshop will guide participants through the fundamentals of food preservation and explore how preserved products can create new income streams. You’ll get step-by-step instruction in making seasonal preserves—and you’ll take home a jar of your own creation. Space is limited, so register early!
