Harbor Splash is an organized jump into the Baltimore Harbor that brings awareness to the improvements in water quality that Waterfront Partnership and our partners have worked on for the past 20 years. This event is SOLD OUT, but we’d love to see you on the sidelines cheering for a swimmable harbor!
