Carrie Murray Nature Center is excited to host a Friday Night Hike series once a month to explore our beloved Gwynn Falls Leakin Park after hours. Join us for an all ages hike through the forest to discover the magic of a forest.
Gather around the fire for an evening of storytelling, song, and shadow play! We’ll share tales of forest folklore and community connection beneath the night sky – and enjoy a special Crankie show by local Baltimore artists, where hand-cranked illustrated scrolls bring nature to life. Afterward, create your own mini shadow art inspired by the performance and the flicker of the campfire.
