The award recipients must submit progress reports and a summary of outcomes at the completion of the award cycle.

All awardees are expected to work with the JHU Sustainability Leadership Council (SLC) and the Office of Climate and Sustainability. Project leads should plan to present at the annual JHU Sustainability Symposium to disseminate their findings and translate how their findings may be applied to university practice or policies. We also encourage project owners to share findings broadly with sustainability practitioners to amplify the impacts and scalability of sustainability solutions tested at JHU. We request that any events, communications, or publications resulting from the award acknowledge the Johns Hopkins University Campus as a Living Lab Program.
